Our performance scorecard

Results of the annual customer reporting as set out in the 2018 Price Determination.

This Performance Scorecard is reported to the Essential Services Commission every July. The report outlines our performance against specified measures and targets for each outcome, and an overall assessment of whether we have delivered on expectations for each outcome. This includes an explanation for any performance shortfalls and how we intend to address them. The ESC Outcomes Performance Report is published on both the ESC and North East Water websites annually.
