Customer report card

The customer report card tracks our progress during our eight year business plan.

In July 2018, we started our eight year business plan (also known as the Price Determination). The plan details the services and prices that customers will receive over the period July 2018 – June 2026.

We committed to reporting to our customers every six months for the duration of the plan. The Customer Report Card reports our performance against outcomes established from feedback our customers gave us during the development of the plan.
