We understand that a leak or unexplained high water usage may result in customers experiencing a high water bill for one quarter. In some cases we are able to offer a rebate.
Conditions apply and include:
- the rebate does not cover leaks on property appliances including air-conditioners, hot water systems, solar panels, pools, toilets or household and garden taps
- drinking water supply agreement customers are ineligible for the rebate
- the rebate is capped at $1000, once every 5 years
- applications must be submitted within 90 working days from the due date of the billing period in which the high water usage was recorded.
