Portable refill stations

Portable refill stations

Book our Portable Refill Stations and make a splash at your community or sporting event.

Our Portable Refill Stations provide drinking water to smaller sized not-for-profit community and sporting events (under 1000 attendees). One set is provided free of charge to events that have access to mains (tap) water.

We have two sets of portable refill stations available for booking, and each set is made-up of three units (including two bottle refillers and one bubbler unit). The units connect in-line together to a nearby drinking water tap.

If your application is successful, the set must be collected from and returned to our contractor's office on Kane Road in Wodonga (Monday to Thursday, between 9.00am and 4.00pm or Friday from 9.00am to 11.00am).

We do our best to accommodate the high number of booking requests we receive and your event must meet the below criteria. Please consider the following before applying:

  • Applications must be received at least 30 days prior to the event
  • Stations can only be supplied to events that have mains water (a drinking water tap) on site.
  • Events must occur in the North East Water service area
  • Your occasion must be a not-for-profit community or sporting event open to the general public
  • The event must have an audience size of at least 200
  • The event must have public liability insurance
  • Event organisers are responsible for setting-up and packing down stations – instructions will be supplied.

Note: Please ensure you bring a suitably sized vehicle for collection. Each unit measures approximately 140 cm in length, 60 cm in width, and 25 cm in height, with a weight of 21 kg. There are three units per set.
