We offer support and assistance to customers experiencing domestic and family violence.

North East Water understands domestic and family violence is a serious issue that poses substantial risk to the health and wellbeing of our customers. 

We actively endorse measures to support women, children and men who are experiencing domestic violence.

We can assist by:

  • ensuring confidentiality
  • taking customers at their word
  • assigning a case manager
  • offering flexible payment options
  • providing financial support
  • assisting with government grants
