North East Water offers customers 28 days from the date of issue to pay accounts.

We accept the following payment methods (also shown on the back of your water account):

  • Credit Card via POSTbillpay
  • Direct Debit - click here for Direct Debit Application Form.
  • Centrepay automatic payments
  • cheque via mail
  • BPay
  • BPay View (register┬ávia your online bank)
  • Australia Post (by phone, in person or electronically)
  • in┬áperson at our Regional headquarters in Wodonga
