Step one
A Digital Data Licence Agreement must be completed and returned to North East Water via mail (PO Box 863, Wodonga VIC 3689) before you are to make a Digital Data Request or request access to the ACDC Portal.
The agreement is a deed and electronic signatures will not be accepted. Each page must be initialled and the final signature of the authorised person witnessed. Once the original hard copy document has been received it will then be completed by a North East Water representative and the commencement date completed. You will receive an email with a copy of the completed document for your records. The agreement is valid for a period of 24 months.

Step two
Once the agreement is signed by us, unlimited Digital Data Requests may be made. The return file will be an AutoCAD .dwg* file unless a specific file type is required.
