Moyhu Sewerage Scheme

The Moyhu Sewerage Scheme was declared as serviced on Monday 23 January 2017. The sewerage scheme provides Moyhu with an improved and reliable wastewater system and treatment of effluent through a Septic Tank Effluent Drainage System (STEDS).

The implementation of a sewer scheme in Moyhu delivers significant health and environmental benefits to the town, as well as encouraging future population growth.

The Moyhu Sewerage Scheme was was jointly funded by the State Government’s Small Town Water Quality Fund and services approximately 100 properties.
